The 48-year-old patient underwent surgery at the hospital conducted by a team of surgeons led by Dr Rajendra Yogal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Cancer Surgery at Kathmandu Cancer Center  Nepal\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/-7IlfoFLKf8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>To help those affected by cancer diagnosis, the hospital now has set up a <a href=\"https:\/\/kccrc.org\/cancer-surgery-kcc-nepal.html\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/kccrc.org\/cancer-surgery-kcc-nepal.html\">c<strong>ancer surgery unit <\/strong><\/a>and will now offer surgery services for all types of cancer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancer Surgery Units <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Breast Surgery<\/li><li>Gastrointestinal surgery<\/li><li>Head- Neck &amp; Thyroid surgery<\/li><li>Gynae-Oncology Surgery<\/li><li>Oral &amp; Maxillofacial Surgery<\/li><li>Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery<\/li><li>Pediatric Surgery<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The hospital has also introduced new services of <strong>Modular Operation Theater<\/strong>s, <strong>Intensive care <\/strong>unit (ICU with Ventilators), Post-Operative Care, among others.
