By air

Buddha Air, Shree Airlines — daily direct flights, flight time 50–70 minutes, direct. Dhangadhi Airport (DHI) is located about 10 km (~20-minute drive) from the city center. On arrival in Kathmandu, our free Ring Road pickup service can bring you directly to the Tathali, Bhaktapur Hospital - WhatsApp your travel details the day before.

By road

A very long 17–22 hour overland journey via the East–West Highway (~650–670 km). Buses arriving at Kalanki or Gongabu are also within our Ring Road pickup zone.

Given the extreme road journey, direct flights from Dhangadhi Airport (DHI) to Kathmandu are advised for patient comfort and safety.
