  2. Academic Excellence: Our commitment to education involves developing and delivering cutting-edge training programs for healthcare professionals, students, and research scholars, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge in oncology and clinical pharmacology.
  3. Collaboration and Engagement: By fostering interdisciplinary partnerships with national and international institutions, we aim to share knowledge, resources, and research insights to expand the collective understanding and treatment of cancer.
  4. Community and Patient-Centered Initiatives: Through outreach programs, we work to raise community awareness about cancer prevention, early detection, and patient education to support individuals and families affected by cancer.

Key Research Areas

  • Radiation Oncology: Our research in radiation oncology aims to advance cutting-edge techniques such as IMRT, VMAT, and brachytherapy, improving treatment precision, reducing side effects, and optimizing patient outcomes and Quality of Life.
  • Clinical Pharmacology: Our research in clinical pharmacology focuses on tailoring treatment regimens to patients' individual needs, aiming to minimize adverse effects and optimize therapeutic outcomes.
  • Cancer Epidemiology: We investigate cancer risk factors and preventive strategies, with a particular emphasis on public health initiatives designed to reduce cancer incidence locally and globally.
  • Supportive and Palliative Care: We are dedicated to identifying interventions that enhance the quality of life for cancer patients and their families, addressing physical, emotional, and psychological needs, and focusing on patient-reported outcomes (PROs) and quality of life (QoL) assessments to understand patient experiences during treatment better.
  • Nursing Research: Our nursing research is focused on enhancing patient care by developing evidence-based practices that improve the clinical role of nurses in cancer treatment, symptom management, and patient education, with a focus on holistic and supportive care.
  • Public Health Research: We focus on cancer prevention, early detection, and health promotion through public health research, studying interventions that can reduce cancer risks and improve outcomes across populations, particularly in underserved areas.
  • Diagnostics: Our research in diagnostics aims to develop and improve techniques for early cancer detection, focusing on biomarkers, imaging technologies, and screening methods that can lead to earlier and more accurate diagnoses, ultimately enhancing treatment effectiveness.
